Pain
Five questions assess pain in typical everyday situations.
Document pain, stiffness and physical function in hip or knee osteoarthritis with a structured 24-question assessment.

The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) is a widely used self-report questionnaire for assessing symptoms and physical limitations in hip and knee osteoarthritis.
Five questions assess pain in typical everyday situations.
Two questions document morning stiffness and stiffness later in the day.
Seventeen questions cover capacity and everyday activities.
The assessment usually takes about 10 to 12 minutes. Each question is scored from 0 to 4: 0 — none, 1 — mild, 2 — moderate, 3 — severe and 4 — extreme symptoms.
Scores are calculated separately: pain 0–20, stiffness 0–8 and physical function 0–68. A higher score indicates more severe symptoms or limitations; a lower score indicates fewer symptoms and better physical function.
Answer each question according to your own symptoms. Results are calculated directly in your browser and are not sent to us.
Record this score before starting your routine, after eight weeks and then every four weeks to better identify changes over time.
Regular use and repeated measurements can help you better understand changes in your symptoms. For questions about the tracker or calculation, contact us at info@collamouv.com.
The WOMAC Improvement Tracker is for information and self-monitoring only. It is not intended to diagnose osteoarthritis, assess a treatment or replace medical advice, diagnosis or therapy.
Do not change or stop medication or prescribed treatments solely on the basis of your WOMAC score. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen, persist or cause concern.
